About us

KV  NHPC Jyotipuram  was established on July 4 1978 with secondary classes. There are 2/3 sections in each classes. The building has the facility of providing two separate computer labs and a Junior science laboratory along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories. There is a well stocked library and there is a separate Geography lab in the Vidyalaya. The emphasis is on developing a scientific temper among the students. To ensure balanced development of personality of each child, inter-house competitions, sports, scouts and Guides and adventure activities are organized. A nature club in the Vidyalaya makes the students conscious about nature. A guidance and Counseling cell is also formed in the Vidyalaya catering to the emotional and career queries of the students. Life skill education , value education , remedial teaching and disaster management have become an integral part of the curriculum.
